The path and the scent insinuate itself in the succession of generations. Paolo Vecchi has breathed this perfume since childhood and the essence has taken root in him to turn into a balsamic passion of a lifetime. Tenacity and a far-sighted obstinacy have never abandoned him and now the perfume is generously preserved in a white vinegar cellar like the most beautiful of whales. From a distance, the vinegar factory looks like a vessel that sails safely on the routes of new scenarios to be explored. As if the Modena countryside were a port from which to set sail to bring its most precious perfume around the world. Authentic mission. Paolo Vecchi is a brave captain who moves fast everywhere with the patience that genuine people possess. A bit like the fruit of its perfume, which has vinegar as its name and by virtue the slow awareness of becoming.
