DESCRIPTION: A fine condiment which is made with natural extract of black truffle and acetic must of white grape aged together in wooden barrels. Its flavour is aromatic and a little pungent. A rich dressing, in which the natural extract of black truffle combines with the balance of Malpighi dressing with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena creating unique and particular flavour nuances.

On meat tartare, veal or pork scaloppine, risotto with Parmesan cheese and plain risotto, fresh and matured cheese, egg pasta, omelets, quiche, polenta (cornmeal mush), pate, different fillings, on toasted bread seasoned with butter and anchovies.
Tartare with black truffle balsamic
Ingredients for 4 people
For the meat:
800 gr of the fresh Beef fillet (we use Chianina fillet)
Salt q. b.
Pepper q. b.
Extra virgin olive oil 4 tsp (we suggest Aurina EVOO)
20 ml lemon juice
To garnish:
Black truffle Balsamic condiment 4 tsp
Red fruits Oranges Mint
Start by chopping the chosen meat with a knife until you get very small pieces and be careful not to pulp it too much.
Mix the oil, salt, pepper, and lemon juice in a bowl, and mix well with the minced meat. This way the meat will absorb the different flavors well. Divide the mixture into four parts and, with the help of a spoon, place the portions on the plates, slightly flattening the top of the mince. Garnish with Black truffle Balsamic condiments, red fruits, and oranges. The final touch is a few leaves of fresh mint.

We deliver Tuesday to Friday. Orders placed by 9am will be dispatched the same day and will be delivered by our approved courier to arrive within 48 hours. Please be aware that all packages MUST be signed for, checked first and cannot simply be left in a garage or porch.

Because we use small suppliers and sell a lot of seasonal products, all goods featured on our website are subject to availability. We endeavour to keep the website updated but if a product you order should be unavailable you will be notified of this by phone or email and given the chance to choose an alternative item, cancel your order completely, or put it on back order to wait until it is in stock (we will ship your other items to you if you wish).
If we are unable to contact you we will go ahead and dispatch the rest of your order without the said item.
