DESCRIPTION: “Saporoso” is a product that can be considered completely and uniquely the “son” of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO. It has been aged 6 years in barrels of oak and 6 months in steel containers.
An extra 2 years of ageing create this product which has all the organoleptic properties of its “younger brother” but with an extra boost in taste and density, ideal for consumers that like an aged product, best served on ice creams or fruits like pineapple.

Its syrupy and creamy density makes it perfect for being enjoyed on all types of vegetables, roasted meat and bushmeat.
RADISH SALSA
Ingredients:
- 1 bunch of radish, finely chopped
- ½ red onion, finely chopped
- 1 lemon juice
- A teaspoon of EVOO
- 2 teaspoons of SAPOROSO RISERVA balsamic vinegar
- A pinch of sea salt
- A handful of fresh chopped parsley
Mix everything together. If you wish, chop it all up in a food processor. Taste and if necessary adjust seasoning.
Have it in pitta with smoked mackerel, grilled or as pate; great also with salad.

Delivery Schedule
We deliver Tuesday to Friday. Orders placed by 9am will be dispatched the same day and will be delivered by our approved courier to arrive within 48 hours. Please be aware that all packages MUST be signed for, checked first and cannot simply be left in a garage or porch.
Orders placed after 9am will be dispatched the following day.

Because we use small suppliers and sell a lot of seasonal products, all goods featured on our website are subject to availability. We endeavour to keep the website updated but if a product you order should be unavailable you will be notified of this by phone or email and given the chance to choose an alternative item, cancel your order completely, or put it on back order to wait until it is in stock (we will ship your other items to you if you wish).
If we are unable to contact you we will go ahead and dispatch the rest of your order without the said item.
