*COVID-19 update , we are taking all necessary steps to avoid the contagious of the virus, our staff operates with latex gloves and protective mask furthermore for all deliveries operated with our own vehicles (London ZONE 1 to 3) you can opt for a “contactless delivery” so driver will be instructed to drop parcel by doorstep and text you to collect from there.
1. How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?
Delivery is free for orders above £45, you are welcome to purchase less than that but a small delivery charge will apply depending on the value of your order, see below:
£6.50 for orders up to £25, now being reduced to £5
£4.25 for order up to £35, now being reduced to £3.95
£3.25 for orders up to £45, now being reduced to £2.95
all values are intended before Vat where applicale
2. How long does it take to receive my order?
if you place your order (providing we have everything in stock) before 9 a.m. we most likely ship it the same day for delivery to you the day after (some remote areas may take an extra 24hrs). Please bear in mind that transit of goods are by road and delays can happen hence if you have a deadline to meet please call us to ensure we can ship it on time.
3. How do I return or exchange an item purchased?
You can return your item within 14 days of purchasing as long the product it is in its original condition and it is not been opened or used, cost of sending goods back to us is £10 which will be deducted from your refund which usually take place after 7 days that goods are returned, please ensure that goods are packed safely for transit.
4. Which payment methods can I use?
We accept Visa or Mastercard however the easiest way to pay is using Paypal, if you don’t have a Paypal account don’t worry just sign in as Guest and you can insert your credit card details as normal
5. How can I track my parcel?
Just provide a valid e-mail address or mobile no when placing your order and you will be notified the morning of the delivery with an automated message or e-mail which will give you an hour slot when delivery will take place, you can also manage your delivery from that point, ie informing the driver to leave the parcel next door or to deliver it another day.
6. Where do we ship?
We ship to UK mainland only, some remote areas like highlands may incur a £10 surcharge. Postcodes requiring surcharge include: AB31-35, AB41-54, AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, G83, GY9, HS1-9, IM (ALL), IV (ALL), KA27, KA28, KW0-14, KW15-17, PA20-78, PH15-18, PH19-29, PH32-33, PH45-48, PH30-31, PH34-44, PH49-99, ZE (ALL). Deliveries in Europe may be arranged by phone only, we do not ship outside Europe.
7. What is the security code that is asked during the payment?
If you use your credit or debit card as a payment method at the checkout, you may be asked for a security code. These 2 key security method is activated by your bank to add protection against the threat of fraud.
The security code helps validate that the customer placing the online order actually has the credit card in his/her possession and that the credit/debit card account is legitimate.
